This wine pays homage to the Vinho Verde wines of Portugal. When made with Albariño (or Alvarinho as it’s known in Portugal) it’s called Vinho Alvarino and is known as the “premium” variety for this style. This style of wine is characterized by its light and crisp texture, intense fruit, and slight effervescence.
